Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Cooling-Off Period

Under UK consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items for a full refund. We extend this to a 30-day return window on all unused items.

2. Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories. Electrical products that have been installed or wired are not eligible for return unless faulty.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair.

4. How to Return

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

6. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately.
