Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with FSEC Distribution.

1. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown include jor credit and debit cards through secure online payment.

2. Delivery

We deliver worldwide and selected European destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in original condition. For your convenience, we extend this to a 30-day return window on all unused items. Electrical products that have been installed are not eligible for return unless faulty.

4. Faulty Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods unless otherwise required by law. We recommend that customers have goods installed by a qualified electrician.
